Alternative Investments & Asset Management

Alternative Investments & Asset Management

HEFFX provides financial solutions with a goal to lay out in a clear manner the asset risks to lenders and investors, protecting investors' principal while providing outstanding risk-adjusted returns.

Our group’s activities include originating and structuring new financing for life insurance, property and casualty insurance, finance, and financial technology. We bring institutional investor capital to these areas and in most cases manage operating businesses that source and service the assets. By controlling both the origination and capital sides, in addition to administering, securing and servicing the assets, we are able to deliver consistently outstanding investment performance while managing and mitigating risk. We seek to add value to our portfolio companies through strategic, operational and financial guidance.

The team develops structured financial products and alternative investment strategies that meet the needs of insurance companies, pension funds, banks, corporations and institutional investors. The group packages opportunities to make it more like a fixed income instrument, more understandable. It has focused on premium finance insurance-linked securities, and asset-based debt on a variety of structured financial products including:

• Life Settlements
